Chirundu is situated between Zimbabwe and Zambia and is the second busiest border post on the North South Corridor after Beitbridge, which is between Zimbabwe and South Africa. Chirundu links South Africa to its northern countries. Chirundu handles an average of 268 trucks per day, translating to 96 840 trucks per annum.
